Theme of the Conclave 

Year 2008, witnessed the worst of its kind global economic melt down leading to financial crisis. 2009, started with series of stimulus package of billions of dollars pumped in by nation(s) all across globe to revive the ailing economy and now the first half of 2010 is showing double W shape pattern of economic growth. While western countries economies are struggling for positive growth figures, BRIC countries economic growth is robust and promising. All though these years of intense uncertainty and changing Business Scenario HR Professionals have faced tremendous challenges and gone through innovation bridging the gap between the generations of wise and experienced professionals with highly ambitious, enthusiastic and little impatient young starter(s). The HR Practices are going through radical changes and innovation is becoming buzz word to keep the organizational and employee expectation in harmonious growth path. Talent retention, talent pool development, reward and Recognition to reduce attrition, developing own timber fostering concept of ownership is no longer the mantra of big ‘C’ but now practiced by HR department of every company aspiring to grow in this rough weather. “Survival of the Fittest” is no longer the slogan but rule of the corporate game and “3G Innovative HR Practice” is the new recipe of scaling the organization to be a high performance organization.     Methodology:

The Conclave would be conducted in an experience-sharing interactive mode, encouraging high level of actively participation by the delegates.  The Conclave format includes Presentations, Panel Discussion and Case Studies. The participation to this HR conclave is by invitation and more than 200 people from industry, Academia, Govt. Organizations, press and media are expected to attend the conclave. Open registration for limited seats are available on the first basis.
